We were happy to see the advertisement offering a free service charge. Once the technicians were at our house, they were extremely professional, very friendly and understanding. They specifically told us when the work would be completed. Would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

The two technicians are very on time, friendly, informative and patient! I enjoyed my experience with...But the name of the company confused me, which made me think it was the same as the brand name Overhead Door... Actually there wasn't any installation or repairing happening this time, but a free assessment and quote ,which was a nice and reasonable service,except that the quote for replacing the box and sensors are over my budget at present.

Professional-looking ad, 24/7 service, serving Fitchburg drew me to Precision Service. The cost advantage was most important to me, using two coupons in the ad. However I was only allowed to use one, which was not clearly stated, so that changed the total amount due. The technician, Kurt, was awesome! He accomodated masking and distancing. He clearly explained what would need to be done to make my garage door operate safely, answered all my questions, and completed the job in a timely manner.

As a first time customer of Precision, I was pleased at the prompt service I received. My technition, Kurt Schneider, was friendly and professtional. Kurt told me what parts of my garage door needed replacement, and actually saved me money by replacing only the worn mechanisms and did not try to install a door that was still good. I appreciated that honesty. Good worker.

The tech that installed our new garage door and removed the old one did an excellent job. Very professional manners. The only comment i have is to make sure to scour the area for any hardware that may have been dropped. A larger screw was left on our driveway which may have caused a flat tire. Vey happy with our new garage door set-up.

Last Monday, I had a problem with my garage door, I call Precision Door Service at 1 PM, for help, they had a service man here Monday at 5 PM just the time they said he would be here, with in an Hour he had it working better than it has in month. Curt was very friendly and courteous, he showed me what was broken and told me what he did to fix it. Thank you Curt & Precision very much for the quick service.

Precision Door Service is great! I called in with an issue at 10PM and they were out the next day at 8AM. It was diagnosed and fixed promptly. The technician was super friendly and explained what happened and what was needed to me. He gave me 3 options so I could be within my budget.
