Had great service in the past, why change? Pedro was excellent and very professional. Spring warrantee from a previous installation greatly reduced my bill. Warrantee was a great thing. Highly recommend signing up with Precision as you go to all things garage mechanics! Had my broken spring replaced and up and running within an hour.

I had used a different company a few years ago when I had a problem and did not care for the person who did the work. So decided to try you. Very pleased I did. A cable broke when closing the door leaving for work in the morning. Call Precision Door as soon as I got into work (they have done work for us in the past). They were able to come out that same day (evening appt.) and replaced a few parts - fixed the problem. Kurt was very friendly and knowledgeable. A big relief - since this happened the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you.

I was impressed with your website and showing of your staff, etc. Also impressed that you were able to fix my garage door on a Saturday with no extra cost. Jezrel was the technician who called 30 minutes prior to arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself and then we discussed the problem and he went over and showed me what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and had a nice smile. It has been about a week and the door is working better than ever. Thank you Jezrel and Precision Garage Door.

I called Precision when one of springs broke on one of our garage doors. I spoke with a very friendly lady who scheduled someone to come out and look at it the same day. Eric, one of their technicians, came out to assess the problem and give us a quote. We decided since the doors are almost 19 years old and one of them was cracked to move forward with temporarily fixing the spring and replacing them. Eric was great and was able to fix the spring that day. He was detailed, professional and a pleasure to work with. We’re looking forward to working with Precious on the installation of our new doors when they come in. Kudos to Eric and the Precious team.
