Very satisfied with the work done on my garage door. I discussed with Kurt and another technician what I wanted done. Gave me a quote before they started. Polite and knowledgeable!! Will definitely Use them again if needed!!!!

Great service! Mike called ahead and was able to get there early. Explained everything and advised me on what fixes should be made. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the door quickly. I would recommend him to anyone.

I was very pleased with the repair process from setting up the appointment on the phone to the end of the repair. Mike G was not only on time he was early and walked me through every step of the repair he was going to do. He explained in full the upgrades I could do on our door. He taught me a few things that I could do to prolong the life of my springs and cable. Our door was up and running within an hour. Pleasant and professional are the two words that come to mind about his service. Precision is very fortunate to have him as a service tech. Thanks once again for your speedy and professional service.
