Our garage door broke on a Saturday night, trapping our cars inside. I was a little worried about being able to find someone to fix the door on a Sunday (and without costing an arm and a leg), and pretty much picked the first highly rated listing that came up in a Google search for "garage door repair near me." The response was quick, the technician who came out (Colin Horsch) was friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave us several options. The work was completed quickly at a reasonable cost, and the door now works great. We're very satisfied and would recommend Precision readily! Thank you!

Jaden did an inspection of the garage door system and gave me several options. A roller had broken, and I had to manually lift and open and close the door. At this time, I only had the rollers replaced, with the option of having other components replaced later when the weather was warmer. Jaden did an excellent job and hopefully he will be able to do the other repairs later.

Derrick was very informative and kind. He called to say when he would arrive. He came to check the tension on door. I asked questions and he explained and showed me just how to lubricate door. I'm a very visual person and I appreciated him showing just how to do things. I wrote notes before he left so I will know how to do this next spring. My garage door would not open. Called on a Sunday and they returned my call within minutes. Bill arrived Monday morning and did a fantastic job repairing parts of the door that needed updating. It’s like a new door was installed. Glides open and closed with no noise and shuts completely. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great customer service
