Our experience was a good one. Pedro made the experience painless. He diagnosed our problem and fixed it same day. Pedro also gave recommendations and I felt very comfortable that he was really looking out for us. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and I absolutely will refer anyone who asks to your company.

Wow! I called today about problems with my "possessed" garage door. Joe arrived within an hour, assessed the problem, explained solutions without trying to pressure a sale and within 2 hours installed a new opener, keypad, spring unit and helped me set up an app on my phone for my new opener! Plus, there was nothing I had to clean up! I am impressed!

Jaden came out, 15 minutes before his appointment window had started. We had a friendly conversation, told him what happened and my concerns, he fixed it VERY fast and even gave some tips for maintaining my garage door. I can't recommend this company or Jaden enough. I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Joseph Gaona, the technician who completed the repairs to my garage door. I was surprised that I could schedule an appointment on the day I called. Joe arrived when he said he would and gave me three options to choose from for the repairs. I did not feel pressured to choose the most expensive options, but rather the option that met my needs. The work was done in a timely fashion with explanations given for each repair. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

On one of the coldest days of the year the garage door (tension spring) decided to break. On referral from a friend I called Precision and was not disappointed. Called at noon and later the afternoon Pedro was here to fix the door. He explained everything and also what it would take to fix. He also explained the maintenance for a garage door ( had no clue that that was a thing) Good to know ! Roughly an hour later the job was done. My husband and I had used Precision in the past, after moving to our condo 10 years ago. When I called this morning to set up an appointment to have everything checked, I was amazed to actually have a technician available for service today. Joseph Gaona was able to inform me, without much delay, what improvements needed to be made on the garage door and that he could accomplish those in approximately two hours, which he did. The door open and closes more quietly than ever, with an easy to use remote. Joseph explained all the details to me and was very kind and patient. Called late morning on a Friday to have the bottom threshold replaced. Our technician Derrick arrived as scheduled, installed the new threshold, lubricated the door and hauled away the old threshold. He’s serviced other homes in our community and we’re all very happy!

My technician, Pedro, was so friendly and explains everything that required servicing perfectly. He also explained the different options for completing the servicing and the pros and cons of each. When I decided on the mid price option, he agreed that it was a good choice and would handle any problems I was having. Overall, I was completely satisfied and will use Precision for all of my future garage door needs and will recommend them to anyone requiring service of their garage door.

When the repair guys come and completely ignore the home owner.... they left and the remote DID NOT work!!!! My brother who IS NOT the owner started talking with the repair guts and I was ignored!! You took out my garage light bulb and did not replace it!! Why would some one leave an empty light socket in the garage??? I was getting another bulb. I was then told to just make out a check. You took the check before the job was finished and drove off!!

Best service experience! Felt as though our business was valued. Our technicians Joe and Pedro let us know when they were on the way and arrived promptly. They were respectful of our home and us.
