Tech Jake came to our house this morning for some warranty work on job done in 2018. Noticed “environmental charge” of $15 on bill. He only replaced some brackets which would fit in ones hand. Why was I charged this??

My garage door wouldn’t go down. I called Precision at 3:30 and Dan, the service man, was at my house at 5:00. He explained that I needed springs, told me the prices and proceeded to put the springs in. He was respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. If I need to call for service for my garage door in the future, I will call Precision, because I trust them.
