I called Monday morning at 8 AM after my elderly garage door opener malfunctioned. Unbelievably, Derek was here by 9:15! He did a thorough inspection, discussed what he found, and offered options. We quickly came to agreement on a new door opener and much needed maintenance on the door itself. Derek was knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He did excellent work. I am so pleased with my new opener and the excellent work. This is the second time I have used Precision and both experiences were outstanding. Derek encouraged me to have regular maintenance and I will certainly do so. A great business with great staff.

The young man who repaired my garage door opener worked long and hard on old equipment. I believe he was frustrated with not being able to access wiring that was above ceiling tile. I appreciated his effort on a cold afternoon.

The chain on my garage door opener broke rendering my garage door inoperable. I called for service immediately, and Joe arrived within two hours, diagnosed and communicated the issue and options with me. He replaced the parts and had everything back in working order in about an hour. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the company for their immediate response and services, and would call them again in the future for maintenance and/or services.
