Our garage door spring broke on a Friday night and we called Precision on Saturday and it was fixed on Sunday. Not only did they fix the spring they checked the whole door and found I had some bad rollers and bearings. The technician (Colin) was very thorough and gave me 3 price options. I needed a spring replacement. I called Precision Door Service. I was told this job usually runs 175-225$. However when the service man showed up I was quoted a price over 800$! I turned down the job but was still charged a 90$ trip charge! I get trip trip charge but 90$! He was at my house less then 30minutes and did nothing but give me a quote! Never ever will I recommend this business other then to stay away far far away!

Eric and Jake R were the most courteous and professional service technicians. Upon arrival they did an inspection of my entire door and pointed out some concerns they had. They gave me different options to fix the issues and upon deciding on one of them, they had my door back working again in much better condition in very little time. I could not be happier with the service received. From the time I called for service to the time the technician arrived to install a new garage door opener, and fix my garage door which had wrong parts installed prior to me purchasing the house that made it dangerous to use in the manual mode which I didn’t know about, a total of 3.5 hours had passed. Michael, the technician, was professional, asked questions, listened to what I had to say, and the work was done. Awesome!

Eric was our technician/ he arrived in a timley manner and completed the work in a courteous and timley maner. results were excellent and the gradge door works smoth and quiet now. he had to re mount the bracket to the garage ceiling because the wood where it use to hang was all rioed up. overall execllent service and work

Derrick was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He inspected and evaluated our door and made recommendations on what needed repair, giving us several options and cost levels to choose from. Friendly, hard worker who completed the entire job in little more than 90 minutes. Absolutely A-1 service, our door is like new. Thank you, Precision Door Service, you guys rock!
