We had a spring break on our garage door on a cold Saturday late afternoon. I called Precision at 3:30 and by 5pm that same day we had a tech here to assess and fix the problem. He was very courteous and offered options, explanations and help. The door was fixed faster than we imagined and we could again use our garage. We appreciate the wonderful service received from the first phone call to final repair.

We used Precision at our previous home a few times and they were extremely professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. After we moved into our new home in 2021 and noticed the garage doors could use some maintenance, we immediately thought of Precision. They came out the day after we reached out. Derrick, the technician, was a great communicator and very professional. He inspected our doors and provided us with three quotes to choose from before doing any work. We will continue to use them without hesitation whenever we need garage door work done.

Derrick was fabulous! He saw what needed to be done, figured a way to repair it so I didn't have to buy (and wait for) a new panel to replace the broken one (which would have left me with an easy to enter garage for a while) and made the whole door/opener setup sturdier than it was originally. He did all of this in the bitter cold without complaint. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Broken spring. Called late in the day and got appointment for the next day. Arrived early on a very cold day. Technician (Joe) was very knowledgeable and courteous. Door was repaired (along with some existing issues) within 2 hours. Works great and no issues. Very satisfied with the repair.

The technician did a great job repairing the issue that I had and then made some suggestions on other items we could replace to avoid issues in the future. No pressure to replace anything, but great info and I decided to take his advice. Only replaced what needed to for a fair price. Will definitely use them again. They did great work.

No issues at all with Precision Door. Jacob did a great job installing our new garage door opener. The only issue I have is my 2018 GMC Terrain Denali uses Homelink to program the new garage door opener and our Lift Master model is not listed yet on the Homelink website because is is to new of model LOL. I put in a request to Homelink support but no response so far. Thanks for the great service.

Called at 9am. They came at 12:30pm. Done by 2pm. Fixed my springs and bearings. Good as new and for a fair price for what they did and replaced. Ya dont see quick, honest, satisfactory work like this much these days. Im super pleased.

We have used Precision Door service for years and have never been disappointed. This time was no different. Our battery for the battery backup started beeping on Saturday and the battery needed was a special one that you all had. I called on Sunday and was able to set up a technician for Monday afternoon. Derrick did a great job, very friendly, thorough in his explanations on what was going on and what he'd recommend fixing. He was able to handle the items quickly and complete. No more beeping and the door is much quieter after the lubing and tightening of necessary parts. Thank you. We will continue to make Precision Door Service our go-to!
