I had my garage door repaired because it would not go down. The technician came earlier than scheduled which was great and completed the job in a timely manner. I am completely satisfied with the work he did. The technicians name was Bakari Hernandez.

When I initially called, the operator was very helpful and professional. She confirmed all of my information (last name is "Boden" by the way) and also stated I would receive an e-mail before the visit with photos of the technitian who would come to my house. However the e-mail did not come through until hours after the technitians had already left our house and the technitians who came were different than who she had said would be coming. The technitians were very polite, professional and informative. Having spoken to a few coworkers who had similar work done recently, we found the prices to be rather high for this type of service. But we did appreciate the prompt and professional service.

We needed someone to come out the same day as our garage door would not close. I had a different company scheduled for 2 days later but when I found that Precision could make it that day, I cancelled the other appointment. Mike was there on time and was friendly and knowledgable.

My family and I just moved into this house at the end of January. Your sticker was located in our garage. With our previous house we had used a different garage door repair service but we decided to use Precision because we thought the previous owner had used to before.
