I had just parked my car in the garage and closed the door. Heard a loud bang and both springs had broken along with one of the cables. I was in a bind. Car was stuck in the garage and I had an appointment later in the afternoon. Called Precision around 11:00 a.m. and after explaining my situation they were able to rearrange the schedule to get me an appointment between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Nick Oelze arrived just after 2:00 p.m. and was able to get the door opened so I could get my car out. He did an excellent job of explaining what needed repair. Which was just about everything but the door itself. He replaced everything that needed replacing and set up the new garage door opener. It works beautiful now. Much quieter. Only issue would be sticker shock at how much everything costs these days. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received from Precision. Would recommend to everyone.

Mike Faust was my repairman. He arrived on time and was polite, personable, competent and efficient. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them patiently. You cannot ask for more than that from someone providing a repair service. I called one day and the repair was done the next day. I give your company and Mike a 5 star recommendation.

Colby was here ahead of scheduled time, explained the problem and completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. Very thorough and gave easy to understand operating directions. I would highly recomend him for the next job, a 5 star rating all the way.
