this was a total replacement of a very old garage door system at my daughter's home in Madison and as she was at work, I was present for the installation to help her out. She chose Precision Door initially because of a coupon we received in the mail, but then after talking to several other companies, settled on Precision for price and availability and warranty. The scheduling folks were very helpful in offering us several options for more rapid installation when cancellations occurred before our scheduled date, and never argued when we were unable to accommodate a change in date. On the scheduled date, the two man crew arrived early in the stated window of time, and were polite, efficient and very friendly andprofessional. They completed an entire replacement of the double garage door, rails and belt drive opener in just over 2 hours and cleaned up the entire area spotlessly when done. They explained the use and care of the door as well as the warranty and told us if there were any concerns to just call and Precision Door would come back and make things right. The door is beautiful, the weather stripping and rails are perfectly installed as is the opener, and the operation of the door is smooth and nearly silent. I would give them my unconditional reference.

Kudos to Pedro from Precision! And the team too! I called in after 5:30 pm and Pedro arrived early in the time window the next day. He was very polite and extremely patient and explained all that I needed to know when my old garage door was stuck a bit open. I decided to allow him to disable the tension and get the door to close completely, and now I feel so much more secure. Because of his kindness, I am planning to consult with my family and hope to be purchasing a new Precision garage door. Pedro went beyond expectations and helped me to get a snow thrower and other items from inside the garage. I am also impressed with your website and the choices available for a new garage door and the speedy informative responses for invoicing. Thanks

I like that fact this company is owned and operated by veterans. The phone call to obtain information and see about booking an appointment was handled very professionally. They came on Sunday, (New Years Day), which was greatly appreciated, at no extra charge. Pedro our service tech, served 8 yrs. in the Army. Pedro arrived within the time frame I was given. After completing a thorough inspection of the door, I was given 3 options of repair, , which i liked. The repair was completed professionally and within the time frame I was given, The repair was explained, and I was given a cpl. maintenance suggestions, to help extend the life of the repair. We are completely satisfied, and Precision will be our first call if we need any service in the future.

We used Precision many years ago when the spring broke on our very heavy garage door. This time when the spring broke we were lucky to have technician Kurt arrive within three hours of calling! Kurt assessed the door, its fittings, and the opener, gave us three options and had all the extensive work completed within two or so hours! Kurt is very, very good at his job, explaining options and instructions clearly, performing excellent repairs, and exhibiting a high level of patience when talking with me and my husband who isn’t easy to reach by phone. We had all of Kurt’s attention while he was here and I was surprised to find out that he had another job after ours, such was his patience and attention to detail. In the morning,I had been worried how to get my car out of the garage and how long we would be without garage access, but those worries were short-lived thanks to Kurt and Precision. The door broke at 11 in the morning and all was working wonderfully by 4:15. Very impressive! Thank you to Kurt and Precision!

I selected Precision from the phone book as just a random selection but I was surprised to have your office say that they would take care of my problem within several hours. Your repair person came to my house within an hour and completed the repair in less than an hour. Your man was knowledgeable, fast,efficient and courteous. If I ever again have door or opener problems I will call PRECISION and I will recommend you to my friends.

Kurt was very helpful--gave us all the info on our garage door we needed to make decisions. I know companies have to make a profit, but I wish you could reconsider the price of installation for the garage door opener--$250 is a bit steep.....
