I called in to schedule an appointment, was told there was an available opening from 4-6PM. Technician called letting me know he was actually available earlier than expected. The tech showed up early, performed a multi point inspection gave me three quotes and after approving the service. Completed the job in a timely manner. Colin was very professional and informative. Would recommend to friends and family.

We needed to get our garage door repaired. When I called Ashley was very polite and responsive to answering my questions about the door. She also gave a time frame when a service tech would be out and they were even earlier which which was great for us. The service tech Jake Roszina was very responsive to our questions and concerns. After his review and findings he explained all of our options that were available. It is a shame that more companies are not as responsive as Precision Door Service was.

Precision installed new garage springs 12 years ago. I added windows to garage door earlier this year. This changed the door weight and the door became unbalanced. Rep checked out and adjusted spring tension. Lubricated stuff. NO CHARGE ! I have Precision's call sticker located by the door.

After activating all safety conditions with door, within 30 minutes he had completed the installation of door's new weather guard. Garage door broke on a Friday afternoon. Called and was able to get a technician to come out the next morning. The technician Joseph very professional and informative on the problem and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He provided me with a price and a time line which he completed early. I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.

My husband and I had used Precision in the past, after moving to our condo 10 years ago. When I called this morning to set up an appointment to have everything checked, I was amazed to actually have a technician available for service today. Joseph Gaona was able to inform me, without much delay, what improvements needed to be made on the garage door and that he could accomplish those in approximately two hours, which he did. The door open and closes more quietly than ever, with an easy to use remote. Joseph explained all the details to me and was very kind and patient. Recommended by Homeadvisor and then they proactively reached out to me by text, email and phone. Due to their high rating I felt comfortable enough to have them come out. The technician Kurt came out, was very curteous and reviewed the garage door and opener. Both are about 20 yrs old. He said the garage door was in good shape but the opener had rodent damage and is why it was not working. He quoted us what a repair versus a new opener would cost. We decided on the new opener due to the age of it. He replaced it right away which only took about an hour and stepped us through the differences. A very pleasant experience all around.

Had great service in the past, why change? Pedro was excellent and very professional. Spring warrantee from a previous installation greatly reduced my bill. Warrantee was a great thing. Highly recommend signing up with Precision as you go to all things garage mechanics! Had my broken spring replaced and up and running within an hour.
