Precision Door tech solved my garage door problems very quickly. He recognized what was wrong and took care of it. I knew the price ahead of time and was happy with the quick service .

Technician was on time and listened to my needs. He was unable to advise on moving an existing garage door since you do not provide that service. He did advise that if I were to buy a new door, he would refer me to an installer. In looking at the door opener and setting up remotes, he indicated that it would not work and would recommend a replacement. Tech did not attempt to power up the opener and indicated that there would be no remotes that could be programmed. Again he recommended a replacement opener at a cost of @ $750. No work was performed and tech indicated he would send me a quote if i were to reconsider. Have not received a quote just a request for a review. Tech also indicated that there would be a service charge of @ $85 even though no work was performed. Replayed the phone call and there was no mention of a service charge. Selected a one star rating but review would not be sent unless I selected a higher rating

The Precision team arrived on time. They quickly evaluated the situation and explained what needed to be fixed. Both Springs, rollers, cables, a bent bracket and a few other items needed to be replaced. Eric N. then gave me my options and the cost for each. They got the job done in record time. They were very efficient and courteous. Job well done. Garage door working very well now.

Precision Door Service met our expectations on our garage door service on July 13, 2022. Kurt Schneider did a very good job on our garage door machinery replacements (opener replacement, spring replacement, rollers replacement, and remotes/keypad replacement). My garage door would not open. Called on a Sunday and they returned my call within minutes. Bill arrived Monday morning and did a fantastic job repairing parts of the door that needed updating. It’s like a new door was installed. Glides open and closed with no noise and shuts completely. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great customer service

Everything went exceptionally well. Colin come early the next day, checked out the door and gave me two quotes, explaining my options. He was polite and knowledgeable. I think the whole job only took a half hour, which amazed me. The quick response was a major factor, local is very good and your BBB rating counts too. The cost came in below what I expected even though I went for new rollers. I would definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors. I am very pleased. The guy that had shown up, looking at the exterior of the door and straight up said "They do not make doors to fit your garage, you will have to rebuild the entire garage" However, the estimate we got before this one, the guy said he could make it happen they are just booked out 3-4 months. The house is located under our house, therefore rebuilding the garage would mean rebuilding the entire house.

Upon discovering a damaged electrical wire causing my garage door to malfunction late one afternoon, I called a customer service rep at Precision Door. She politely and promptly scheduled a service technician to visit my residence the next day. As promised, a technician by the name of Eric appeared on time and asked all the appropriate questions before making repairs. He quickly diagnosed the problem, provided me a reasonable estimate, and rapidly got to work. He not only replaced the frayed wiring, but swapped out the old electric eyes at the base of the unit in a jiffy. He was very professional, skilled, courteous and friendly. I'd highly recommend Eric and Precision Door to anyone needing garage door service.
