From my initial call to the repair of our garage door I would choose five stars. The young woman who took my information was courteous and thorough. Brian arrived within the time frame mentioned. He was also very courteous and went about his repairs without delay or procrastination. We were very lucky to have chosen Precision. The professionalism was highly visible.

I didn't know what to expect, since this was our first experience with Prescision, and our garage door opener was at least 20 years old, and not working well. Harris, the technician, was very nice and went right to work to diagnose the problem. He made some adjustments, and the garage door works like new, (well, almost; it IS old!) I would recommend Precision to family and friends.

I was very impressed by Stu. To start out, I place a premium on arriving during the window promised and I am happy to say that Stu showed up right in the middle of the promised window. He walked me through his observations of my garage door and then was able to fix the spring and get me going rather quickly. I would definitely recommend Stu.

The service tech arrived at the appointed time and completed the repairs in a very professional manner. He provided some good tips to keep the door operating better. He also inspected all of the door systems and adjusted as necessary to improve the door operation.

Precision offers great customer service! They scheduled our garage door repair quickly and explained all of our options very clearly. We decided to replace the door instead of repair and the new door was installed the same day. Both Mike and Steve were professional, courteous and great to work with. We will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs and we will refer our friends.

Bakari did an excellent job. He began with a complete inspection of the door and pointed out other components that had already failed, or were about to. Sure this gets them more business, but it is also a good service in that it saves an extra service call when something else fails (and an extra couple of days of parking outside). Service was quick and he cleaned up after himself completely. After the job was complete he fully explained everything he did and even offered to adjust the garage door opener (which was not part of the repair).

I would give the Technician a five star rating, I'm an old guy and nosey, I wanted to know just what was wrong with the door. The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my complete satisfaction. I have to give you a 3 star on the price as I thought it was a bit pricey. I must say however I had called the day before and they got me in right away. They arrived on time and the Technician did a very good job. I would use your company again.
