Ken was there on time. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then proceeded to check over everything in the system. He discovered another major problem and then fixed that too. He was personable, polite, well trained and prepared. Thanks too, to Karen who gave me good advice, scheduled everything and made sure our service expectations were met.

Mike Gonyo was very professional and knowledgable when coming to our house on a late Sunday afternoon. Made us feel comfortable about his recommendation to rebuild our door. Bakari did a wonderful job. I called at 2:00PM, I was told the tech would be there between 3 and 5:00 PM, Bakari got there at 3:45 PM. He installed a brand new garage door opener and fixed the other garage door opener on the other side of our garage -- all in a couple hours. Super great service.. From now on I will only call you folks if I am having garage door issues or need service. THANKS!!

Whoever is doing your internet marketing is doing a great job. Found you on Google using my mobile phone. Was able to click on your phone number so I didn't have to try and dial it while driving. You guys were able to set me up with an appointment the next day. Love the confirmation emails as well. Service tech was great too. Very friendly and explained everything.
