The service techs did a great job with the garage door opener! The also recommended to replace the guide rollers and tension bar on our 35 year old garage door system and I runs like new! We highly recommend their service to anyone looking for garage door repair and opener!

I started having issues with my opener that I knew was pushing 20 years old. I suspected that I needed a new one. Technician Derrick Bozeman was sent to address my issues. Upon arrival, Derrick listened to me explain the issues while performing a thorough examination of the entire system. We agreed that a new opener was needed. Derrick proceeded to give me an estimate and I authorized replacement. It was very apparent that Derrick was very capable and definitely very knowledgeable about door systems. He performed the install and everything worked wonderful. Before he left, he made sure that all my questions were answered and all of my concerns addressed. He then assured me that if I had any questions or concerns, I could just give them a call and he would be back to take care of it. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need such as a door adjustment or anything else to "pad" the price. The integrity of a worker speaks volumes to the integrity of the company. I feel good about doing business with Precision and I am extremely please with the new system. With employees like Derrick I will not call any other company for my overhead door needs. They really did exceed my expectations! Thank you for a great customer experience!

I've been meaning to get my garage door fixed for many years and saw Precision Doors ad in a monthly coupon magazine. I called them to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. The employee showed up earlier than the appointment time (which was fine) and got right to work. He showed me what was wrong, did a quick estimate and I approved him to do the work. Since it was a repair it was done quickly and efficiently. The employee was kind and respectful.

I was extremely happy with the quick service that I received. The professional was very courteous, and repaired the broken outlet in my garage door opener, and the lights are back on, and working fine. In the past I have purchased a new belt drive garage door opener system from your company, as well as a new spring, and rubber weather stripping for the bottom of the door. I asked the professional many questions regarding proper up keep on my equipment, he in turn, was very helpful and provided me with all of the answers to my questions. Just shy of one year with my new door. Everything is excellent regarding fit and operation. Frank and Joe did an exceptional job on an extremely hot and humid day. Since then, I had to have Joe readjust my closing sensors. Joe showed me what to watch for and how to adjust the sensors so they are in alignment. Took 15 minutes to adjust and show me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Frank, Joe, and Curt are an exceptional group of dedicated installers who strive to give you complete satisfaction. I highly recommend their services. Wayne

Very professional. I made Kurt aware of a new issue brought to my attention by my brother-in-law and had the potential to be very dangerous if not corrected. Kurt checked over entire set up on both garage doors, let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Had everything fixed and back in good working order in under an hour. Very satisifed.

After our garage door spring broke and our car was trapped in the garage, we called Precision (office staff friendly and helpful) and they responded the same day. Our garage door opener quit working on Friday night, I called Precision door Saturday morning and they were at our house Saturday afternoon evaluating what we needed. The job would’ve been done that day, but I added an exterior lock release to our old garage door, Derick recommended Kurt come back out on Monday morning to install it, since he had more expertise installing exterior release locks. As of 10:30 am Monday the job is done and Kurt was a delight to work with???? Would recommend precision door to anyone!

Our garage door stopped working with our cars outside of garage. We called Precision and they came out the same day. Joe diagnosed it was the belt drive. We had a new Garage Door Opener in 2 hours. A nice quiet one with wifi. Our old Garage opener installed by Precision was closing in on 15 years old. Now our cars can be 4 houses away and opens with a press of a button. Thanks Precision!

Had a coupon in a local Madison flyer. Had your guy here on 4/29 and he did an estimate which came in at over $1,400 and I couldn’t believe that! The next quote was over $1,000 and I said no way, I’m going to have to get other companies in here for estimates. Then the figure came down to $839.00 after discount coupon. On Sunday, May 2, we now have a pronounced squeaking/squealing when opening and closing our garage door! We expect that for over $800.00 we will have a smoothly running door. He was transparent in his inspection and was mindful of our plans (e.g., whether we wanted to get the garage door up and running or wanted to replace components that reached the end of their life cycle as part of preventive maintenance).
